5 Star reviews from Zillow:
Paul helped my husband and I purchase our first home in an extremely competitive market. We were seeking a home that was move-in ready but had lots of fixer-upper opportunity to maximize our investment over time. Paul’s experience renovating his own houses (Construction and project management) made him the perfect fit to evaluate Denver homes built in the 1900s. He was extremely honest and knowledgeable about the potential of the properties we saw. We found our perfect home in Wash Park and he helped to negotiate a fair deal that was confirmed quickly. We closed and moved in within 30 days! Paul is not only super helpful/educated but is also kind and really great to work with – we’ve actually stayed in touch almost a year later. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a new home.–Megan Gettle, Denver
Paul has helped me purchase and sell multiple homes over last few years. His extensive background in home construction and remodeling allow him to offer exceptional advice and support to his clients. He has an amazing sense of which homes are solid buys and which ones are better passing by. He is honest, direct, down to earth and goes above and beyond with every client to make sure your needs are met and often exceeded. I would highly recommend him to anyone, anytime, in any situation.
Paul helped me buy my first home this summer, when Denver was the 5th tightest market in the nation. He provided prompt, professional, and friendly service from setting up and refining my listing search, setting up viewings, showing houses, to the stressful details of post-offer acceptance negotiations. He has a lot of structural knowledge of old houses, and could not only identify potential problem areas but estimate (generally) repair costs and complexity. He worked around my (60+ hour/week) work schedule. Once my (first!) offer was accepted, he and Lisa guided me through negotiations with the seller’s agent and an emotional seller gracefully and without major hiccoughs. My parents bought my childhood home before i was born, so I needed a LOT of guidance. If you’re looking for a home, particularly an older one, in the Denver Metro Area, he’s a great agent to work with.
Paul was a dream to work with. He acted as our transaction agent, meaning he was representing both seller and buyer (we were the buyers). He was completely fair in dealing with both sides, and we felt that we could trust him 100%. He flips houses himself, so he knew a lot about the structure of the home and had advice for how we could fix things we wanted done but didn’t want to ask the sellers to do. It was like we got to walk around with an inspector, instead of a real estate agent, every time we visited the house. Now that we have closed, Paul has offered to remain in contact and continues to offer advice whenever we ask for it. He is a wealth of knowledge, and we feel lucky to have had the opportunity to work with him.
We were fortunate to have Paul as our real estate agent. What we like about him is that he looks at the house as if he were going to buy it. He knows how to spot a good value and how to prioritize renovations that will add value to the property. His broad knowledge of construction gives him insights into structural and foundation issues, plumbing and electrical, and carpentry and finish work. Plus, he is ready to share his network of contacts of contractors, home inspectors and engineers. We couldn’t be happier in our new home.–Dan LeBlanc, Denver
Paul was exactly what we needed! He is extremely honest, knowledgeable and responsible. Our sellers were very difficult, but Paul knows the law and would not allow them to manipulate the situation. Paul is willing to go above and beyond to help make the home selection and transaction as smooth as possible. The most important thing to Paul is not the money—it is the satisfaction of finding the right home for his clients and helping to make their dreams of homeownership come true. He is calm, patient and can always be reached. I would recommend Paul to anyone looking for an amazing realtor!–Chelsea Conger, Denver
Paul used his many talents to help us find and buy a house in a neighborhood we have wanted to move back into for some time. The house needed a lot of work, but Paul shared his vision of what the house could be. His enthusiasm for the project and its possibilities was contagious and inspiring. Paul always provided us with a range of options for how different parts of the project could be accomplished, from very cost-effective to more elaborate. He was very easy to work with and was always willing to explain what would or wouldn’t work and why. We value Paul’s knowledge and experience. His craftsmanship and range of skills made the project flow smoothly from beginning to end. We wouldn’t and couldn’t have done it without him. We are very happy with our new home.–David and Jane Huhn, Denver
Working with Paul has been such a pleasure. He listened carefully to what we wanted and helped us weigh the pros and cons of several properties. His construction expertise really helped us understand the condition of the homes and think creatively about the possibilities for renovating them. He helped us navigate the financing maze as well. We’re so pleased with the home we ended up buying, and Paul continues to be a great resource for the inevitable maintenance projects that come up.–Danielle Short and David Baird, Denver
Paul was a wonderful real estate agent for us, capturing my dream and going the extra mile to help me find the perfect location. His experience in remodeling allowed him to point out where there was potential and what might be bigger problems than we realized. When it came to building the greenhouse, Paul did the research and created the design. He offered me the opportunity to have as much input as I wanted but also carried on when I did not know enough or have the time to be useful. It’s easy to entrust him with decisions.–Penny Thron-Weber, Arvada
